He is survived by: his wife Sonna Crowder (Turner); his children, Douglas Crowder, Cary Crowder (Penny), Bart Crowder (Karen) and Eric Crowder (Sherri); his grandchildren, Rashelle Howe (Eric), Aaron Crowder, Nathan Crowder (Michelle), Cody Crowder (Amie), Kala Chambliss (Jake), Bradi Whitfield (Matthew), Remington Crowder, Austin Crowder, Ethan Crowder, Christina Crowder, Hannah Crowder, Lena Kiger (Brandon), Cody Payne (Alisha) and Scott Payne; his great grandchildren, Brandon Howe (Sarah), Clayton Moss, Kaleb Howe, Silas Crowder, Teddy Crowder, Elsie Crowder, Heston Crowder, Lillian Crowder, Marki Chambliss, Micah Chambliss, Locklin Whitfield, Kyra Kiger, Braelynn Kiger, Draxtyn Kiger, Aizley Kiger, Kinzleigh Ramely, Lydia Payne, Sylis Payne and Dallas Payne; his great great grandchild Ruthie Howe; and his close friend Charles Shaw Jr.. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends, neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sunset Funeral Home - Covington (420 3rd St, Covington, IN 47932). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
