He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy A. Simons and Marjorie S. Simons (Stultz); and his brother Gary L. Simons. He is survived by: his wife Sandra of Craigville; his son Shane Marks of Craigville; and his siblings, James T. Simons (Anita) of Decatur, Michael M. Simons (Gloria) of Portland, Linda Ruth Holmes of Fort Wayne, Sherri Patterson of Albion and Jeff Patterson of Bluffton.
