He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Herrington and Robert Mattox; and his brother-in-law Brock Lynch. He is survived by: his wife Leshell Mattox; his children, Crystalynne Williams (Kirk), Joseph Mattox (Kalyn) and Jacob Mattox; his grandchildren, Quentin, Aiden, Brielle, Kirk Jr., Zoey, Brantley, Alanna, Jazmine and Xavier; his siblings, Jeff (Cindy), Linda Hamilton (John), Danny Mattox and Kim Wright (Tim); his mother-in-law Pamela Lynch; and his brother-in-law Joseph Lynch.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Dave's memory to the Animal Welfare League, 1104 Big 4 Arch Rd, Crawfordsville, Indiana 47933.
