We bid farewell to David Record of Crawfordsville, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 27, 2026 at the age of 81. David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Record and Imogene Record (Damewood); his daughter Dana Record Crawfordsville; and his stepmother Shirley Record (Barker). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Slavens; his children, Adam Record (Rhonda), Tonya Record, Daniel Record, David and Barbara; his grandchildren, Jacob Record (Emily), Landon Record, Lafayette, Arizona and Joel Record (Crystal); his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Charlotte, Austen, Zoey, Cade and Jack; and his brothers, Lawrence Record and Philip Record (Karen).
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to Eastside Baptist Church.
