He was predeceased by: his father Leland Wethington. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Wethington; his wife Debbie Harlan; his children, Nicole Bocktin, Stephanie Wethington, David Eugene Wethington, Brenda Lyman, Marie Shields, Freddy Coonse and Jenniver Ann Bryer; and his sisters, Leanne Wethington Ledbetter and Trina Hall.
