He is survived by: his parents, John Sr. Barbee and Brenda Fields Barbee; his wife Tammy Brown Barbee; his children, Destiny Barbee (Zachary Collier), Niae Dearing (Tyler) and Jasmine Barbee; and his siblings, Crystal Beck (Roger) and Shannon Barbee Hunter (Jaquell Dixon). He is also survived by 5 granddaughters, 2 grandsons.
