He is survived by: his parents, Gary Johnson and Rhonda Shields Johnson; his grandparents, Bonnie Rice and Jerry Johnson (Kathy); his brothers, Justin Shields, Philip Johnson and Colten Johnson; his aunt Teresa Baumgardner (Ray); and his nephews, Riley, Blayze and Kayne Shields. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
