She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Arterburn and Vera Birge Arterburn; and her husband James Monroe. She is survived by: her children, Scott Monroe (Lisa), Patti Utz (Aaron) and Terri Verhey; and her siblings, Joan White of Delphi and Dan Arterburn of Crawfordsville. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
