He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Nicholas; his children, Stacey L. Nicholas, Phillip Heath "Tank" Nicholas, Wendy Whetstone, Jarrod D. Nicholas and Krystal L. Rogers; his grandchildren, Savannah, Raizel, John Phillip, Kaylee, Phillip Hayden and Chloe; his great grandchildren, Cleo, Gwen and Jesse; his sister Cathy Marconett (Warren); his sister-in-law Rita Nicholas; and his nieces, Susie and Michelle.
