He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bell and Patsy Lowe Bell; and his granddaughter Madyson. He is survived by: his wife Angela Bell; his children, Mathew Koester (Karrie Jo), Karrie Hole, Cheyenne Pettice (Christopher), Shelby Porter (Keith) and Jennifer Kiger (Clyde); his grandchildren, Jocelyn (Zack), Julisa, Grace, Hunter, Wyatt, Emberly, Oliver, Finley, Ruth and Henry; his great grandchild Harrison; his siblings, F. Alan Bell and Mary Newbanks (George); and his parents-in-law, Joyce and William Martin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
