We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2024, at the age of 86, Richard E. McDonald of Crawfordsville, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard E. McDonald to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ervin McDonald and Icie McDonald (Morphew); and his siblings, Margaret, Ann, Dorothy, Louise, Walter, Charles and Kenny.

He is survived by : his wife Carol Powell; his daughters, Jacque Brant of Crawfordsville, Beth High (Brad) of Crawfordsville, Diane McLaughlin (Steve) of Crawfordsville and Donna Hendrickson (Randy) of Crawfordsville; and his grandchildren, Ryan (Amanda), Bailey (Josh), Caleb (Erikka), Brenon (Sara), Bret (Kelsey), Kyle (Amber), Emily (Cameron), Kaley (Mario) and Seth (Colleen). He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sanders Priebe Funeral Care (315 S Washington St, Crawfordsville, IN 47933). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
