He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Coffman; his daughters, Candi Dee Sarver (Michael) and Brenda Lea Chubb (Rick); his grandchildren, Megan, Kory, Kyle (Carley), Halea (Chris), Ashlea (Rylan) and Rachel; his great grandchildren, Harper, Lanore and Etta; and his brother Rodney Coffman (Carol).
