He was predeceased by: his parents, James Vannice and Mary Vannice. He is survived by: his wife Dina; his daughter Jordan Marie; his sisters, Starla Kellerman and Cindy Shrout; and his close friend Australian (John Freedman). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
