He was predeceased by: his parents, William Woodall and Mary Marie Woodall; and his grandson Mitchell "Woody" Woodall. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Woodall of Crawfordsville; his sons, Mike Woodall of Louisiana, Mitch Woodall of Jacksonville, Billy Woodall of Jacksonville and Jeff Woodall (Amy) of Crawfordsville; and his brothers, Tommy (Alice) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Johnny Woodall of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
