He is survived by: his wife Elma Fox Mills; his children, James Richard Mills of Milton, FL, Robin Mills of Milton, FL, Amos Mills of Salem and Lola Kramer of Salem; his grandchildren, Tonya Campbell, Kristin Burman, Derek Mills, Adam Mills, Miranda Jarvis, Kody Kramer, Logan Kramer, Joshua Guilford, Tyler Narvel, Sycia Miller and Jacob Mills; and his siblings, JB "Buddy" Mills of Scottsburg, Myrtle Smith of Madison, Tim Mills of Scottsburg, Patricia Craft of Portsmith, OH and Roger Lee Mills of Louisiana. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
