She was predeceased by: her son Robert Allen Czapla; and her parents, Argus Lovell and Ozella Lovell. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Czapla; her daughters, Peggy Kurzydym (Mark), Tina Casey (late John) and Lori McKee (Jim); and her grandson Jimmy Lee McKee. She is also survived by 5 siblings, many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
