He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Raymond Siebert and Carolyn Johnson (Matthew); his siblings, Robert Siebert (Ric) and Kimberly Zilligen (Joseph); and his father Raymond Siebert. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
