He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigmund Kubiak and Louise Kubiak; and his son Alfred Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his family, Jeffrey (Gloria), David (Dara) and Andrew (Sarah); and his siblings, Christine Meschke and Norm Kubiak (Ruth).
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre (606 E 113th Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memory Lane Memorial Park (6305 W Lincoln Hwy Hwy, Crown Point, IN 46307).
