He was predeceased by: his parents, John DeVries and Dolores DeVries. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen DeVries; his children, Cynthia Juarez (John) and John DeVries; his granddaughters, Monica Juarez and Sarah Juarez; and his sisters, Sandy Novak (Rick) and Terri Dobkowski (late Gene).
