She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Melvin Duane and Florence Gardner; her stepmother H. Ruth Gardner; and her siblings, Diane Goodson and Herbert.
She is survived by: her siblings, Susan Rowley (David) of Bristol, Jane Schieber (Mark) of Columbus, Ohio and John (Lisa) of Silver Spring. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
