She was predeceased by: her parents, Marguerite A. Gilliland (Cannon) and Glen H. Gilliland; her husband Edward J. Maywald; her sister Judith A. Sims (Gilliland); her sons-in-law, Lawrence Jim Elliott and Gregory G. Gima; her cousins, Oakes and Paul Hayden; Paul Jankovich.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia A. Elliott of Rapid City, SD and Marcia K. Gima of Windfield, IN.; her grandsons, Andrew E. Gima and Alan G. Gima; and her great grandchildren, Raegan and Kamdyn Gima.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre (606 E 113th Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Beverly's name to Unity Hospice.
