He was predeceased by: his wife Mary "Kay" Hubbard; and his son Brent Hubbard. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Brad Hubbard and Susan Baranowski; and his siblings, Mark Hubbard and Susie Babb.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Byron's name to the Hobart Humane Society.
