He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Chase and Mary Chase; and his sister Patricia Magon (late John Magon). He is survived by: his wife Karen Chase; his children, Eric Chase, Angela Rivers (Brad) and Lindsey Chase; his stepchildren, Andrea Farry (Chris) and Mark Fideli (Melissa); his grandchildren, Madolyn, Virginia, Abigail, Grace, Macie, Hayden, Vincent and Hudson; and his brother Melvin Chase (Judith).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Clifford's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
