It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Conrad J. Zelencik of Crown Point, Indiana, who passed away on May 22, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Conrad J. Zelencik to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fabian Zelencik and Helen Zelencik. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Doyle; his children, Mara Rae Thomas (Rex), Shane Zelencik and Brett Zelencik (Travis Schamber); his stepchildren, Amanda Doyle (Billy Kubida) and Vito Anoman; his grandchildren, Cole Thomas and Brielle Kubida; and his sisters, Linda Zelencik (Robert Tobin) and Trudy Walta (Thomas).
