He is survived by: his wife Kathy Schell; his children, Kelly Filkowski (Michael), Daniel Schell (Sandra) and David Schell (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Morgan, Meredith, Tiffany and Daniel. He is also survived by his nieces, cousins, and dear friends.
