He is survived by: his parents, Glenda Shurlow and Jeffery Shurlow; his siblings, Katie Pieta and Steve Shurlow; his girlfriend Kate Johnson; his grandfather Don Shurlow; his aunts and uncles, Belita Sandefur, Denny Eddlemon (Judy), Tony Eddlemon, Jody Smith (Jeff), Rex Shurlow (Laurel) and Dawn McIver (Ed); his siblings' children, Amy Pieta, Landon Pieta and Jackson Shurlow; his cousin Joel Smith; his pets, Barkley and Pippen; Top Fuel family.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Living Stones Church (909 Pratt St, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
