She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bays Sr. and Geraldine Bays (Adelsperger); and her siblings, Henry Bays, Jr., Marianne Wirtz, Phyllis Hansen, Frances Plemich and Susan Bays.
She is survived by: her sisters, DeEtte Wirtz (Bays) of Lake Station, IN and Sally "Sarah" Beckmann (Bays) of McKinney, TX. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Evelyn's name to the donor's choice.
