She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Schiesser; her parents, Edward Bogielczyk and Agnes Bogielczyk; her sister Carol Hudson (Jim) of Plainfield, IL; and her son-in-law Sam Stone.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Schiesser (Evelyn) of Valparaiso, Barbara Stone of Crown Point, Darlene Trimble (Joseph) of Crown Point, Debora Schiesser (Teri Blanton) of Conway and S. Carolina; her grandchildren, Bradley Schiesser (Andrea), Michael Trimble, Kerry Lavery (Jim), Krystina Catlin (Sean), Allison Paramski (Emery) and Craig Stone (Christine); and her great grandchildren, Addison Trimble, Caleb Trimble, James Lavery, Jon Lavery, Tyler Stone, Cole Stone, Ian Catlin and Abi Catlin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Florence's name to the St. Mary School or Church Altar and Rosary Society.
