Gail A. Sweeney Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2025, at the age of 75, Gail A. Sweeney of Crown Point, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Armstrong and Agnes Armstrong (Fiegle); her husband Jim Sweeney; and her brother Leslie Armstrong (Rita). She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Collins and Sharon Thomas (Ray); her grandchildren, Stefanie Peck (Jon) and Tim Bosel (Celia); her great grandchildren, Nia, Amara Bosel and Ryan Peck; her siblings, Joan Clites (Leslie) and Roger Armstrong (Jody); her cousin Beverly Kirkpatrick; and her sisters-in-law, Flora Haley and Louise McMinn (Glen). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre (606 E 113th Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Geisen Funeral Home (606 E 113th Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307).
