He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his parents, Ioannis Kostidis and Kyriakoula Kostidis; and his siblings, Nick Kostidis, Maria Fotinos and Kaliope Kalogeras.

He is survived by: his son Dr. John G. Kostides (Eva); his granddaughters, Deanna, Kristina and Maria Kostides; and his sister Sophie Karaleftheres (Vangelis).

Family requests no flowers but all donations can be made to Ss.
