She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas O'Brien; and her parents, Guy Wallace and Frances Wallace. She is survived by: her children, Ronald O'Brien, Donald O'Brien (Twyla), Dennis O'Brien, Robin Hahn and Patty Miley (Ricky). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 S Cline Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens (8178 S Cline Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307).
