She was predeceased by : her parents, John Klich and Anna Klich; her husband Donald C. Kirk; her parents-in-law, Edward and Beatrice Kirk; her sister Mary Levenda (John); and her brother-in-law Edward Kirk (Sallee).
She is survived by : her children, Bebe Sims (Steve), Larry Kirk (Kathy), Bob Kirk, Kathy Tomko and Jim Kirk (Debbie); her grandchildren, Eric Sims (Annmarie), Sara Kowalsky (Mike), Michael, Laura Kirk, Brandon Tomko (Ashley Hamady), Benjamin Tomko (Morgan) and Kyle Kirk; her great grandchildren, Connor, Taylor Kowalsky, Chase and Jacob Sims; her nephew Ken Kirk; and her niece Ann Sue Rich. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Helen's name to St. Matthias Catholic Church in Crown Point and the Crown Point Community Foundation.
