She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Gemeinhart and Sophie Gemeinhart; her husband Stanley Czaja Sr.; her son Stanley Czaja Jr.; and her sisters, Elizabeth, Dorothy and Lucille.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Czaja and Pam Stanchina (Mike Morris); her grandchildren, Stacy, Lisa and Jason; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Zackory, Jaden, Karissa and Samantha; and her great great grandchild Iris.
