He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Small and Pauline Small. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Small; his children, James Calabrese (Colleen) and Kimberly Kislowski (Joseph); his grandchildren, Kelly (Joe) and Joey Kislowski; and his siblings, Bernard Small (Linda), Edward Small and Arlene Swann (Howard).
