He was predeceased by: his sisters, Pamela Ross and Carla Asher; his parents, Henrietta Phillips and William Bellamy; his brother Dale Bellamy (Jennifer); and his nieces, Laura Carey (Tom) and Alicia Bellamy.
He is survived by: his children, James "Jimmy" Bellamy (Tee), Jennifer Packard, Jamie Lynn Doss, Julie Bellamy, Jason Bellamy and Jonathan Bellamy; and his siblings, Robbie Spielman, Terry Bellamy (Sandy), Roy Phillips (Lisa) and Garry Bellamy. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren.
