She is survived by: her children, Karin Jackson, Debra Kolisz (Mark), Thomas Hartlerode and David Hartlerode (Monica); her siblings, Carolyn Phelps (Roy) and Ralph Boggs; and her grandchildren, Derek Cheusde, Tori Jackson, Tanner Jackson, Zacharry Kolisz, Bryonna Hartlerode, Bryon Hartlerode, Elaina Hartlerode, Kevin Hahney (Carrissa), Kayla Hahney, Kierstyn Hartlerode and Kyle Hartlerode (Megan). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
