He is survived by: his wife Tara Funderberg Worthington; his son Edward J Milton Worthington (Edward Worthington); his parents, Gerald Worthington and Gloria Worthington; his sisters, Tara Sasser (Adam) and Michelle Hamstra (John); and his sister-in-law Mandy Kinsman (Matt).
