With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jerry Niemeyer (Crown Point, Indiana), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Jerry left this world on February 24, 2026 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though Jerry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jerry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Niemeyer and Ruby Niemeyer; and his brother Donald Niemeyer of Crown Point, Indiana.. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Niemeyer; his daughter Kimbra Schmidt (Brian); his granddaughters, Alexa and Alese Schmidt; his daughter Susan Niemeyer; and his brother Dwaine Niemeyer (Cheryl).
