It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jesse W. Shalla of Crown Point, Indiana, who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Jesse W. Shalla to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Shalla and Blanche Shalla; his siblings, James Shalla (Annette), Jeanne Fowler (Bob), Janice Lee and JoAnne; and his grandson James T. Machacek.

He is survived by: his wife Emma; his children, Nancy Machacek (Tom) and Steve Shalla (Michele); his granddaughter Sheri LoCascio (James Denton); his great grandchild Jay LoCascio (Lauren Shaffer); and his sister-in-law Evie Sooley (late Andrew). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Salem United Methodist Church in Hebron or to your preferred charity in Jesse's memory.
