She was predeceased by: her husband James "Ray" Shrader; and her parents, Kenneth Jensen and Eunice Jensen. She is survived by: her brother Gary Jensen (Pat); her nieces and nephews, Trent Jensen (Carey), Shawn Killeen and Nick Jensen (Stephanie); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaiden, Gracie, Easton, Chase, Cole, Cooper, Millie and Lucy; her stepchildren, James, Michael, Ray Shrader and Suzanne Dille; and her close friend Mike Southard. She is also survived by her great-nieces' and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Providence Hospice in Saint John, IN, in her memory.
