With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Ann Kulesa of Crown Point, Indiana, who passed away on January 17, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edmund Michael Kulesa; her son Edmund Kulesa Jr.; her parents, Adam Stasak and Rose Stasak (Reschan); and her sister Marlene (Stasak).
She is survived by: her children, James Kulesa (Joanette), Kathleen Miedema (Warren) and Robert Kulesa; her grandsons, Eric Miedema (Sara) and Matthew Miedema (Kimberly); her great grandchildren, Lily, Ava and Zoe Miedema; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Kulesa and Sharon Kulesa. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
