He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cotton and E. Louese Cotton; and his brother Bob Cotton. He is survived by: his wife Mary Cotton; his sister Ellen Cotton Steinberg; and his children, Paula Howe (Cotton), Donnett Emch (Cotton) and Jason Cotton. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
