She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Billings and Mildred Billings; her son Frank McNeiley; and her brother Dennis Billings. She is survived by: her husband Wayne McNeiley; her sons, Robert Berry, Joseph McNeiley and Jason McNeiley (Amber); and her grandchildren, Felisha, Robert, Samantha, Keira and Franklin. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home Gregory Shapen Memorial Chapel (8178 S Cline Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
