She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Krooswyk and Eileen Krooswyk; her son Eric; and her brothers, David and Dale Krooswyk.
She is survived by: her husband Don; her son Jeff Hoffman (Melinda); her sister Debbie Krooswyk; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy McCoy (Tim), Larry Hoffman (Vicki) and Dori Krooswyk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to NWI Parkinson's Foundation or to Transition's Hospice.
