She is survived by: her husband Dave; her daughters, Megan and Charlotte; her parent Lloyde Ann Kokaska; her stepfather Daniel Kokaska; her parents-in-law, Peggy and Harold Rose; her brother-in-law Gary Rose (Bobbie); her uncles, Fred Hawker and Ron Kokaska; her aunt Liz Brandt; her cousins, Michelle Stewart, Eric Hawker (Jennifer), Marcus Perry (Cassie), Randy Laborde (Andrea), Ben Brandt (Melody), Andy Brandt (Amanda), Courtney Chayka (Steve) and Jeremy Brandt (Santyna); her parent Shellie DePerio (Greg); her siblings, Renae Lemmons (Mike) and Tony DePerio; and her friend Tomoko Oishi.
