Leonard Kornacki Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leonard Kornacki of Crown Point, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 19, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Petronella "Patty Mae"; his wife Joan; and his siblings, Dolores, Jerome and Dennis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joyce Sawin, Jennifer Robertson (Andrew) and Kimberly Sjoerdsma (Dean); his grandchildren, Jake, Benjamin, Emily, Ryne and Peyton; and his sister-in-law Bernadette Kornacki. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Wounded Warrior or American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
