He was predeceased by: his parents, William Heick and Bernice Heick (Riley); and his sisters, Marilyn Heick and Luanne Heick. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Heick; his son Jerry (Dionicia Caudill); his grandchildren, Sammi and Noah; and his brother William P. Heick.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre (606 E 113th Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at the Salem Cemetery (900 South, Hebron, IN 46341).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Lyle's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
