She is survived by: her husband Dan Derks; her daughters, Carla Huang (Chris), Katie Geeve (Tim) and Patti Slager (TJ); her grandchildren, Alex, Morgan Huang, Aiden Derks, Dani Geeve, Brayden and Camden Slager; and her siblings, Jean McMillan (Don), Cheryl Bunting (Bill) and Leanne Augustine (Chuck). She is also survived by brother and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to Crown Point High School Music Boosters, or Crown Point Cal Ripken Baseball.
