With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marion Schilling of Crown Point, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 25, 2025 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marion Schilling to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Virgil Schilling; and her parents, George Blakesley and Dorothy Blakesley. She is survived by: her children, David Schilling (Leslie), George Schilling (Susan), Betty Browning (Keith) and Don Schilling (Carol); her grandchildren, Michael Schilling (Sarah), Karl Schilling (Kelli), Robin Beard (Michael), Christopher Schilling and Benjamin Schilling; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Isaac Schilling, Ross, Elayna Beard, Kira and Kayla Schilling; and her friend Matt Underwood. She is also survived by her cousins & church family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre (606 E 113th Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Donations may be given in Marion's name to Living Grace Church of the Nazarene in Merrillville, IN.
