She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" E. Lichtle; her parents, George Bernard Vadas Sr. and Stella Vadas; and her siblings, Barbara Gaspar (Ron) and George Vadas Jr..
She is survived by: her children, John Edward Lichtle Jr. (Nami) and Laura Jen (Michael); her grandchildren, Busia, Emily, Jacob Jen, Jonah and George Lichtle; and her siblings-in-law, Edward Lichtle (Teresa) and Margaret Snider (Duke). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
